We are seeking a talented it support officer who installs, configures, and maintains servers, networks, and other it infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
Perform regular backups, manage disaster recovery plans, and ensure data security.
Manage user accounts and permissions, providing technical assistance and support.
Apply updates, patches, and security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities.
Document system configurations and create standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement IT needs.
Optimize IT systems and network operations for efficiency and reliability.

Education:

BS / BE Degree in Computer Science or in a related field from a recognized University.

2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server platform, Active Directory, ISA Server, and Hardware/software clustering.
