We are seeking a Cost Analyst and Controller to manage and optimise costs for our expanding online business. This role will play a vital part in ensuring financial efficiency and supporting the strategic growth of our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business costs and provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and monitor budgets for various projects and operations.
- Manage and track expenses, ensuring they align with financial targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on cost performance and profitability.
- Work closely with the accounting team to streamline financial processes.
- Forecast future financial trends and advise on strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost analysis or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and cost structures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UK tax laws and regulations is a plus.
