Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment, and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and submit timely reports on financial status and performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Manager and other accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
