We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ERP Data Entry Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data within the ERP system.Input information such as customer details, inventory data, financial transactions, and other relevant information as required.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry to support the smooth functioning of business processes.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.
- Create and update records, ensuring that all relevant information is properly recorded in the ERP system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry of POs and PCs, preferably within an ERP environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
