Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services/products to clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and business growth.
  • Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
