We are looking for a Client Services Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
Monitor client accounts and ensure satisfaction
Prepare reports and updates for clients as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple accounts or tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus
