We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when needed
Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience preferred
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
