We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on customer feedback and ensure service improvement
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
