- Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer use, including customer service software and Microsoft Office.
