We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates, particularly in the insurance industry. Experience in recruiting Final Expense closers will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough phone, video conference, and in-person screenings to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job order requirements and define the characteristics of an ideal candidate.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for various roles, with a focus on Final Expense closers and other sales professionals.
  • Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing engines based on client needs.
  • Effectively present job opportunities and company details to candidates, ensuring alignment with career goals.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced recruitment techniques.
  • Utilize effective screening and interviewing techniques to ensure only the best candidates move forward.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining HR records related to compensation, benefits, and insurance.
  • Communicate and enforce company HR policies to employees.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements in compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team with additional HR and recruitment responsibilities as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Line.

  • Job Timing: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Location: Onsite
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Rs. 100,000 - Rs. 125,000 per month
  • Work Location: In-person

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recruiting Final Expense closers.
