We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates, particularly in the insurance industry. Experience in recruiting Final Expense closers will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough phone, video conference, and in-person screenings to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand job order requirements and define the characteristics of an ideal candidate.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for various roles, with a focus on Final Expense closers and other sales professionals.
Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing engines based on client needs.
Effectively present job opportunities and company details to candidates, ensuring alignment with career goals.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced recruitment techniques.
Utilize effective screening and interviewing techniques to ensure only the best candidates move forward.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining HR records related to compensation, benefits, and insurance.
Communicate and enforce company HR policies to employees.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements in compliance with company policies.
Support the team with additional HR and recruitment responsibilities as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Line.
