We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Computer Data Operator to join our team. This role involves entering data into our CRM system and requires complete knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Generate reports and extract data using Excel.
- Manage and organize digital data files.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
