  • Daily Gemba walk, inspections, visits and other EHS checks.
  • Respond to emergency response services on activation of fire alarm system or on receiving call for fire, and others 
  • Ensure all emergency routes are clear.
  • Ensure timely inspection of Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hydrant, Emergency doors, Ladder inspection and Ambulance emergency equipment. 
  • Ensure assessment and maintenance of all confined spaces at site i.e. signage markings, lock and key etc.
  • Ensure and support in maintaining waste area.
  • Timely maintain and update
  • Ensure all emergency equipment centre inspected timely 
  • GEMBA walk of all plant areas to identify and rectify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions through ZAP.
  • Supervise high risk activities for EHS vigilance e.g., crane activity, heavy material movement, hot work, working at height to ensure proactive control of risks.   
  • Attend regular Tier-2 meetings and rectify the safety issues in workplaces.
