Key Responsibilities 

  • Support and execute the implementation of CRSF (Child Resistant Senior Friendly) packaging at site.
  • Support and execute the Packaging Material Risk assessment (PMRA) and support in packaging verification of new material source change
  • Provide technical information and support to define the technical standards of training for packaging related matter with production, to maximize process understanding, to enhance knowledge-based decision-making in order to maximize quality and efficiency
  • Support or lead troubleshooting, related to packaging issues, liaising with shop floor operators, line management and support functions (e.g. engineering).
  • Support and execute the Performance Rating Matrix and assess the performance of different operators. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise and fundamental knowledge of the function and properties of packaging materials for the products manufactured
  • Support in technical deviation investigation, robust CAPA and relevant follow-up, support product packaging-related investigations including complaints.
  • Support and execute PCCE (Physical Contamination and Cause Elimination) work-studies at site.
  • Partner with packaging to ensure of the production processes is in conformity with up-to-date, registered, filled manufacturing process, approved instructions, cGMP and Health Authority regulations
  • Support and execute continuous improvement actions and projects, e.g. to improve packaging pro capability, throughput time (TPT), minimize waste of materials and reworks.
  • Manage process/cGMP risk analysis
  • Provide support in “inspection and audits” 
  • Comply and ensure compliance to Environmental, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.
