Key responsibilities of an Outdoor Sales Representative:

  • Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and outbound calls.   
  • Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing product features and benefits to prospective clients.   
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.   
  • Territory management: Effectively manage assigned sales territories, prioritizing leads and scheduling appointments.   
  • Sales cycle management: Navigate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including objection handling and negotiation.   
  • Market analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.   
  • Reporting and forecasting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
