  • Respond to customers' queries
  • Ensure a vibrant, collaborative, and productive environment for members
  • Establish a positive rapport with all clients and customers
  • Manage member's onboarding and exit processes
  • Facility tours for prospective members
  • Suggest a mechanism to higher management to enhance services and amenities
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Oversee event logistics, including catering, check-ins, and clean-up
  • Serve as the bridge between management and community members, ensure smooth operations and fostering a sense of belonging
