Field Sales Agent

Pro Air Engineering, founded in 1996, is a leading provider of Rotary Screw Air Compressors (oil-injected & oil-free), refrigeration air dryers, and compressed air filters. We serve both local and multinational clients across Pakistan, offering top brands like Fusheng, Aivyter, Airman, and FS Curtis. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales within the compressed air technology industry by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our range of air compressors and related products.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide feedback and market intelligence to the management team to help shape sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and promote Pro Air Engineering.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in compressed air technology or related industry.
Strong understanding of air compressors, refrigeration air dryers, and compressed air filters.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
