We are currently seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our truck dispatching team. No prior experience is necessary, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads including carriers, owner-operators, and small trucking companies
Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and networking events
Understand each client’s specific requirements and present our dispatching services effectively
Negotiate pricing, service contracts, and other terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups
Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Track leads, log interactions, and prepare performance reports using CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven attitude with a strong desire to learn
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
