We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensure quality control, and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire welding rod production process, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control standards in line with international welding consumables regulations.
Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of factory equipment.
Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies to maximize productivity.
Maintain records of production output, raw material usage, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain an optimal level of raw materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing welding electrode/welding rod production.
A minimum bachelor's degree, any related certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of welding consumables, metallurgy, and production processes.
Experience in working with Chinese-manufactured machinery is highly preferred.
Ability to train and lead a production team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese would be a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania (work permit and visa sponsorship will be provided).
