People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a Sr. Executive Sales & Services for our office in Karachi.
- The incumbent is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development.
- In addition, you will provide support to the Regional Head of Sales to yield high-performing strategies, implement sales tactics, market performance trend analysis, meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and astute business acumen.
- Provide support in achieving sales and service budgets by implementing effective strategies.
- Coordinate with B2B clients, manage attrition, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new clients to enhance business partnerships.
- Support and liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Bitrix 24
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
