Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Exceptional English writing abilities, capable of crafting clear and effective communication.
  • The capacity to manage and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient use of CEO time.
  • Competence to liaise with clients, representing the CEO in discussions and correspondence.
  • Organizational acumen to schedule both personal and professional engagements, maintaining a balance between the two.
  • A systematic approach to organizing documents, particularly for financial and tax purposes.
  • An unwavering commitment to maintain confidentiality across all aspects of work.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
