Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee and client queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Support key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data updates, and documentation for both internal and client purposes.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, attendance, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR services or operations, with a background in client interaction.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and report generation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and align with client requirements.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and confidentiality standards.
