Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent across different markets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing etc.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track, manage, and optimize the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with international hiring laws and regulations.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with global recruitment trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Utilize recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and suggest process improvements.
Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on global hiring.
Proven track record of hiring across multiple international markets.
Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive candidate engagement.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse talent pools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
