Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent across different markets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
  •  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track, manage, and optimize the hiring process.
  •  Ensure compliance with international hiring laws and regulations.
  •  Conduct market research to stay up to date with global recruitment trends and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and suggest process improvements.
  •  Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on global hiring.
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple international markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse talent pools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  •  Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
