Overall Role
The Monitoring Associate conducts field-level school monitoring, collecting data on assigned indicators and reporting to the DMC. The role requires extensive travel within assigned clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit monthly work plans with clear targets.
- Conduct regular school visits to record prescribed indicators using provided tools.
- Actively participate in progress review meetings and local proceedings
- Coordinate closely with DFPs, DEG, and DEA for updates.
- Submit cumulative monthly reports highlighting achievements.
- Conduct debriefs meetings with cluster heads and DEOs to present findings.
- Posts will be filled from amongst the candidates having the Local/domicile of that district.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2-year relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in computer systems, smartphones, and internet tools
