Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams to success. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Manage project budgets, resources, and changes in project scope.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
