We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting user experiences for websites and web applications. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketers to create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital products.
Location: Remote / Lahore, Pakistan
Pay: PKR 70,000 - PKR 90,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design: Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces for websites and web applications.
User Experience: Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, users, and team members to refine and improve design solutions.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality of your work.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Testing: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to make informed design decisions and improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile platforms.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Frontend Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
Research Skills: Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
