We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (Email Marketing)

Role Objectives:

  • Represent the company's services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and progressing to consumer research to match our services with the right audience.
  • Identifying new potential Clients through cold approaches.
  • Manage and maintain a CRM database pipeline of interested prospects, engaging with the Account executives for the next steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Sales Navigator and other B2B databases to effectively reach the target audience through LinkedIn 
  • Engage prospects through a multi-channel approach (Email, Call, LinkedIn Messages).
  • Running drip email campaigns
  • Maintaining clean and segmented data sets for email campaigns
  • Have a knowledge of best email practices 
  • Consistently monitor campaign results for better open, conversion rates
  • Work on staff augmentation model via LinkedIn
  • Utilize various sales tactics to drive results.
  • Understand the needs of potential prospects and convey PureLogic's value through email and LinkedIn
  • Work on new growth strategies as proposed by management

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development is preferred. (6 Months)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and robust analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing and listening abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset, prioritizing 'we' over 'me'.
