Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.
Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (must have
expertise).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes,
including Rancher as a Kubernetes management platform.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using Datadog.
Collaborate with development and DEV/QA teams to support application
deployment and lifecycle management.
Automate recurring tasks and operational processes
using Python and Bash scripts.
Ensure high availability and performance of RDS/Aurora databases.
Apply best practices in system security and hardening (security knowledge is a
plus).
Maintain and optimize Linux-based systems for production environments.
Perform system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platforms and
application domains.

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a strong focus on cloud,
native environments.
Expertise in AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS/Aurora, Cloud,
front, EKS (must) ,lambda function etc.
Extensive experience with Terraform, including module development and
remote state management.
Strong experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Rancher or similar K8s management tools.
Proficient in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and tools (e.g.,
vulnerability scanning, secrets management).
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
Experience with multi-region or hybrid cloud deployments.
