We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to support our day-to-day operations at Putko.sk – a growing property management company based in Europe. This is a perfect opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to get real-world experience in the property industry. You’ll gain hands-on training in property advertising, tenant communication, rent management, and brand development — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Property Advertising:

Help create and post engaging rental property ads on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OpenRent, and other property sites.
Assist with updating listings and ensuring accuracy.

Tenant Communication & Viewings:

Respond to queries from potential tenants via phone, email, or chat.
Help schedule and confirm viewing appointments with prospective clients.

Rent Collection Support:

Assist in contacting tenants with outstanding rent payments.
Learn to maintain clear communication logs.

Maintenance Coordination:

Help track and follow up on property maintenance issues.
Liaise with tenants and contractors as needed.

Brand Growth & Marketing:

Support efforts to grow the Putko brand through client engagement and social media.
Assist in gathering and sharing positive reviews and testimonials.
