Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Identify and understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and convincing sales pitches.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
