Deputy Manager/ Manager Production for Natural/Herbal Medicines

Qarshi Industries Pvt Ltd. is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager/Manager for the Production department, specifically focused on Natural and Herbal Medicines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Regulatory Compliance, along with proven expertise in production planning and process optimization. Successful candidates will demonstrate a robust understanding of herbal medicine, applying this knowledge to enhance production efficacy while adhering to industry standards. Reporting directly to senior management, the role does not involve team management but focuses on individual contributions to improve the production processes and ensure compliance with necessary regulations. Candidates should be energetic, quick to adapt, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards their work, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. This position is crucial in meeting production goals while ensuring product quality and safety to meet stringent regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

To manage all production activities of Natural/Herbal Medicine in order to assure the product quality, safety & Halal integrity.
To look after all the processes for manufacturing of a long product range including syrups, Arqiat, Tablets, Safoofs, Capsules, Johar Joshanda and Pate etc
To ensure compliance of GMP standards in the production areas as per international GMP Guidelines
To make production plans and to ensure the delivery of products as per the sales requirement
To report daily, weekly and monthly production progress against the KPIs
To ensure compliance of DRAP regulations
Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
To make the Future Plans for Improvement in per person efficiency to decrease Production cost.
To plan shifts working and HR deployment accordingly
To ensure implementation of all the companys procedures and policies

Education & Experience Required:

Pharm-D with minimum 7 years production experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
Having experience for implementation of ISO 9001,14001, Certification & HALAL standards
Audit experience as per PIC/S guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication and training skills
Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Quick fit, high energy and positive attitude
