Looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and other Accounting Software. Key Responsibilities include tasks such as:
1. Recording financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and sales receipts
2. Maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, Banks and credit cards
3. Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
3. Providing support to the business owner or management team by answering questions and providing financial information
4. Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents
In addition to strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a bookkeeper and accountant should have a good understanding of accounting principles. They should also be proficient with accounting software and have the ability to work independently.
