We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and providing them with the necessary assistance. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with our internal teams to solve complex problems and ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and non-technical customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in customer support processes and procedures
  • Educate clients on software features and functionality
  • Knowledge about B2B and B2C 
  • Knowledge about Dashboard Metrics
  • Know Website Audit
  • Work through email Communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven customer support experience in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
