We are looking for a truck dispatcher (both experienced & freshers) to manage and coordinate freight movements for U.S. carriers. The dispatcher will be responsible for finding high-paying loads, negotiating with brokers, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and shippers.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and book profitable loads for carriers using load boards
Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize earnings for carriers.
Communicate effectively with drivers and provide real-time support.
Handle trip planning, route optimization, and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of loads, broker agreements, and payments.
Ensure compliance with U.S. trucking regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- For Experienced Candidates: Prior truck dispatching experience.
- For Freshers: Strong English communication skills & willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts (5 pm-2 am).
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with load boards is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, and result-driven personality.
