We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our programmatic advertising campaigns. This role involves overseeing all aspects of campaign setup to performance analysis, ensuring optimal ad delivery and return on investment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across various platforms (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr) to achieve client KPIs.
  • Ad Trafficking: Manage ad trafficking through ad servers like Google Campaign Manager and Xandr ensuring smooth delivery and proper targeting of campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve delivery and performance.
  • Bid Optimization: Optimize bids, audience targeting, and creative to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (account managers, creative, analytics) to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance, ad delivery, or technical challenges.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports to communicate campaign results and optimization strategies to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in programmatic advertising operations, with hands-on experience managing DSPs (Xandr, Google DV360 etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ad servers (Xandr, Sizmek), Campaign management, and data analytics tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform optimizations.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in campaign management and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising, OOH media campaigns, Xandr Platform
  • Experience in ad operations at a publisher, an ad tech company, ad agency or ad network.
  • Experience with Asana, HubSpot, Excel & Tableau
