Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
