Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with other designers to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for reels and stories.
Collaborate with designers and creative teams to align visuals with our brand aesthetic.
Develop and execute creative social media strategies to grow engagement and followers.
Plan and run campaigns, giveaways, and contests that align with our marketing goals.
Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.

Community Engagement

Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a loyal community.
Assist in scheduling content and maintaining a consistent posting calendar.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
