Responsibilities

  • Create and submit persuasive bids on Upwork, ensuring a high success rate in acquiring client projects.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, maintaining maximum availability and demonstrating commitment to client service.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities and trends within the freelance landscape.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Collaborate with team members to align sales strategies and contribute innovative ideas for improving client acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to assess performance and identify areas for improvement in proposal submissions and service delivery.
