Responsibilities:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
· Patching and relocation of PABX phone system
· Maintaining records of software licences
· Data backup and restore-ACTONIS
· Company's website and domain management
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Assist and/ or guide users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
· Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
· Ordering, purchasing, & replacing parts as required
· Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
· Providing 1st level support for users on ERP system
· Supporting the roll- out of new applications
· Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
· Company’s ISO
· Perform general administrative tasks
· Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by superior
Requirements:
· Diploma in IT/ Computing or related certification
· At least 1-2 years related working experience
· Good attitude, responsible and able to multi- task
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Able to start work within short notice
