We are a minicab service provider, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through our reliable and efficient pre-booked minicab service.
We are currently searching for an experienced and dedicated Cab / Taxi Controller to join our team and help us maintain our high standard of service
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cab / Taxi Controller you will be responsible for:
- Finding the right taxi bookings from our partner portal and assigning them to available drivers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Minimum 12 completed jobs a day.
- Ensuring that all assigned jobs are completed accurately and within the required time frame.
- Communicating with customers as necessary, providing updates on their bookings and handling any inquiries or concerns if necessary.
- Tracking driver performance and maintaining records of completed jobs.
- Hiring additional drivers when necessary, conducting interviews and ensuring that they have all the required documentation.
- Ensuring that all drivers adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.
- Creating and maintaining schedules for drivers, ensuring adequate coverage for the long shift, six days a week.
- Resolving any disputes or issues that may arise between customers and drivers.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of the company`s service offerings.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience as a booking operator/ administrator preferably with OTS, Minicabit and Taxicode.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology for dispatch and communication purposes.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work long shifts, six days a week.Fluent English.
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
