We’re looking for a dedicated Payroll Manager to join our team and handle everything related to our employees, contractors, payments, and internal operations.
Employee & Contractor Profile Management – Keep records updated for all staff and contractors.
Payroll Management – Manage salaries, bonuses, incentives, and gratuities for every employee and contractor.
Promotions & Demotions – Keep track of staff changes, and update roles and responsibilities.
Attendance & Leave Management – Monitor attendance, leaves, absences, overtime, and off days.
Hiring New Staff – Help in finding and hiring the right people when needed.
Firing / Terminating Staff – Handle employee or contractor exits professionally and properly.
Report Generation – Prepare monthly and weekly reports for HR and payroll activities.
Complaint System – Manage employee complaints and ensure quick resolutions.
Utility & Monthly Expenses – Keep records of monthly bills like phone, utilities, rent, etc.
Transport Management – Oversee transportation arrangements for staff and operations.
