We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support our USA customer base. 

Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & leads
  • Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • NO cold calling 

Requirements:

  • Good command of the English language - Essential for the role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree
  • Positive attitude and reliable 

Package: Base Salary + Fuel + Commissions

Timing: 8:00 pm to 4:00 am (Mon - Fri)
