- Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover, recruitment, compensation, learning & development, DEI metrics, employee engagement).
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards.
- Partner with HR teams, BOD’s and stakeholders to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Provide workforce planning, headcount reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, including HRIS platforms.
- Support internal audits, compliance reporting, and external benchmarking initiatives.
- Work with IT and data teams to integrate and automate data pipelines and analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
- Design and implement OD strategies and programs to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for reviewing, updating, and ensuring compliance of HR policies with current laws, organizational goals, and best practices.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
