We are looking for an HR Officer to join its CBALS (Community-Based Accelerated Learning Spaces) Project. Funded by FCDO, the CBALS project focuses on providing education to out-of-school girls in Diamer and Tharparkar. The position is based in Islamabad till March 2026 and might require travel to the field offices.

  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes, including job advertisement creation, internal and external postings, and collaboration with the project manager.
  • Manage interview scheduling, orientation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare job descriptions for new positions and update existing ones in consultation with the supervisor.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring completeness and confidentiality.
  • Collect and verify new hire documentation, including contracts, CVs, and signed policies.
  • Regularly update personnel records based on employee movements (e.g., promotions, resignations).
  • Facilitate the completion of performance appraisals and provide results to the supervisor.
  • Manage payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 
  • Process employee benefits, including EOBI, health insurance, and life insurance, and maintain accurate records. 
  • Calculate and process payments related to Pay Continuity and other agreements.
  • Handle employee relations and conflicts confidentially and professionally.
  • Conduct exit interviews and complete exit clearance procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for employee confirmation and final settlement processes.
  • Generate quarterly and monthly attendance and leave reports for the supervisor.
  • Support volunteer and internship programs by collaborating with educational institutions.
  • Ensure timely processing of requisitions and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
