Develop Educational Resource Materials i.e., Daily Lesson Plans, Assessments/ Tests/Question Banks, Training Manuals, CPD Modules, audio-visual content, concept notes, frameworks, and technical reports.
Review Curriculum, Syllabus, Textbooks, and teaching-learning materials in the relevant subjects.
Coordinate with the regional MRCs for textbook review activities.
Planned, organized, and facilitated face-to-face training, cluster workshops, and on-the-job support of teachers in 9 regions of the READ foundation.
Conduct follow-up visits and meetings with major stakeholders in 400 READ foundation schools.
Planned, conducted, and analyzed training needs assessments, focus group discussions, and interviews with participants of different training programmes.
Communicate effectively with inter and intra-organizational partners for various activities of the core programmes.
Coordinate with major stakeholders like publishers, schools, and regional teams.
Collaborate with other staff, management, and members to produce research information, collect and analyse data, and produce reports and briefings.
Document and share success stories, case studies, and best practices to showcase the programme’s impact.
Ability to travel extensively to field sites and work under pressure.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Since its establishment in 1994, READ Foundation has been dedicated to helping society through quality-oriented, value-based, and purposeful education and capacity building. As a non-profit, non-governmental organization, it promotes lifelong learning and equitable education to address the challenges of access, quality, and equity, fostering a brighter future for all. Today, READ Foundation operates 400 K-12 schools, educating 125,000 students, including over 13,000 orphans, with the support of a dedicated team of more than 6,000 teachers. It also runs a comprehensive non-formal education programme with 120 community-based accelerated learning schools, aiming to reintegrate out-of-school girls into education. READ Foundation’s operations also encompass 59 public schools as part of the Government of Punjab’s Public Schools Reorganization Programme.
