• Develop Educational Resource Materials i.e., Daily Lesson Plans, Assessments/ Tests/Question Banks, Training Manuals, CPD Modules, audio-visual content, concept notes, frameworks, and technical reports.
  • Review Curriculum, Syllabus, Textbooks, and teaching-learning materials in the relevant subjects.
  • Coordinate with the regional MRCs for textbook review activities.  
  • Plan, organized, and facilitated face-to-face training, cluster workshops, and on-the-job support of teachers in 9 regions of READ foundation. 
  • Conduct follow-up visits and meetings with major stakeholders in 400 READ foundation schools.
  • Planned, conducted, and analyzed training needs assessments, focus group discussions, and interviews with participants of different training programmes.
  • Communicate effectively with inter and intra-organizational partners for various activities of the core programmes.
  • Coordinate with major stakeholders like publishers, schools, and regional teams.
  • Collaborate with other staff, management, and members to produce research information, collect and analyze data, and produce reports and briefings.
  • Document and share success stories, case studies, and best practices to showcase the programme’s impact.
  • Ability to travel extensively to field sites and work under pressure. 
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
