Developing Educational Resource Materials i.e., Daily Lesson Plans, Summative Assessments, Training Manuals, CPD Modules, and technical reports.
Reviewing Curriculum, Syllabus, Textbooks, and teaching-learning materials.
Planning, organizing, and facilitating face-to-face training, cluster workshops, and on-the-job support of teachers in 9 regions of READ foundation.
Conducting follow-up visits and meetings with major stakeholders in 400 READ foundation schools.
Planning, conducting, and analyzing training needs assessments, focal group discussions, and interviews with participants of different training programmes.
Communicating effectively with inter and intra-organizational partners for various activities of the core programmes.
Coordinating with major stakeholders like publishers, schools, and regional teams.
Collaborating with other staff, management, and members to produce research information, collect and analyse data, and produce reports and briefings.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
