• Developing Educational Resource Materials i.e., Daily Lesson Plans, Summative Assessments, Training Manuals, CPD Modules, and technical reports.
  • Reviewing Curriculum, Syllabus, Textbooks, and teaching-learning materials.
  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating face-to-face training, cluster workshops, and on-the-job support of teachers in 9 regions of READ foundation.
  • Conducting follow-up visits and meetings with major stakeholders in 400 READ foundation schools.
  • Planning, conducting, and analyzing training needs assessments, focal group discussions, and interviews with participants of different training programmes.
  • Communicating effectively with inter and intra-organizational partners for various activities of the core programmes.
  • Coordinating with major stakeholders like publishers, schools, and regional teams.
  • Collaborating with other staff, management, and members to produce research information, collect and analyse data, and produce reports and briefings.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
