Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in task management, team coordination, and client communication. This role requires someone who can manage a range of operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team’s needs effectively, even after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management: Track and ensure the completion of daily tasks, maintaining operational efficiency.
Team Coordination: Assist with team management, providing clear guidance and supporting workflow coordination to boost productivity.
Pitching: Engage clients and present our services to meet their needs effectively.
Content Writing & Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media (such as reels), and provide content writing support as required.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and manage meetings for internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and progress.
Client Communication: Act as a primary contact for clients, delivering responsive and professional communication.
Hiring & Documentation: Support the hiring process, handling documentation and overseeing the onboarding of new team members.
Remote Support: Offer operational support and be available remotely outside regular working hours when necessary.
