We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our Organzation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the green spaces across various sites of the company. This role requires a passion for gardening, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and care for the gardens, lawns, and green spaces at various company sites.
Plant, water, prune, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Mow, edge, and trim lawns and hedges.
Weed control and pest management.
Design and implement seasonal planting and landscaping plans.
Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working order.
Monitor the health of plants and green spaces, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal growth and appearance.
Ensure the gardens and green areas are tidy, aesthetically pleasing, and safe for all visitors and residents.
Collaborate with other team members and report to the site manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gardener, preferably with experience working with the armed forces.
Knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
