Background
Relief International, in partnership with GIZ-SSARC, is implementing a project named MHPSS- DigiLive Support Program in four districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, with the Program Goal of “To strengthen social cohesion and foster enhanced resilience, self-reliance, and psychosocial well-being among Afghan refugees and host communities in Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, and Mardan districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Promoting social cohesion aims to facilitate a dignified life for all individuals”.
To increase the income of Afghan and host male and female entrepreneurs in the program districts, Relief International will enhance the capacity of 350 existing entrepreneurs to utilize digital tools to access untapped markets.
The proposed individual consultant or firm will develop training content/modules for the identified skills and conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) session on digital skills for project staff.

By the end of the assignment:
Project staff will be equipped with the training material to deliver the training at the community level.
Methodology
A participatory and interactive training environment will be created in which plans will be developed based on experience sharing and local examples related to the field. The opportunity for group assignments, interactive presentations, and related case studies will be provided to the participants to link interactive discussions, experience sharing, and presentations. The trainer will focus on his/her role as facilitator and ensure the opportunity given to discuss and practice the taught contents.
Key Tasks
Note: The organization will arrange a training venue, Lunch/ refreshments, stationery for the participants, and other expenses. Master trainers/individuals/consultants/firms will be responsible for boarding, lodging, and travel to training venues in Peshawar KPK.
Payment Schedule:
The Master Trainer/individual/consultants/firms will receive payment as per the following deliverables;
