JOB DETAILS

REMAX is looking to hire a Franchise assistant manager to join our growing team to assist with managing the onboarding process from start to finish for real estate operations. As a Franchise assistant manager, you'll have the opportunity to become an expert in our product and be the face of REMAX Pakistan as franchisees sign up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.            Perform 1:1 video or in person franchise calls with new franchisees as an introduction to REMAX Pakistan, to establish expectations and to clearly communicate next steps.

2.            Educate the franchisees on use cases of our product, software's, onboarding, that best apply to their organization to enable the franchisees to recognize the value of our REMAX and bring their brokerages into compliance and up and running/onboarded as soon as possible.

3.            Ample understanding and knowledge of onboarding clients/offices Franchise onboarding experience is preferred Franchise completion and management | Onboarding once application approved to Grand opening Prepare Franchise Operational Plan, Road Map and Guidelines Site Selection (Lease Agreement, Location, Size, Access, Main Signage) Franchise Office Setup (Equipment's, Furniture, Rendering, Signages, interior decors, Software's, Documents, Licensing, Security Cameras, Phone Systems and Internet) Franchise Staff Recruitment (Timings, number of staff, Agent Contract, Policies and Procedures, Verifications, etc.)

4.            Staff Training (Schedule of staff training, coordination with Training Department) Franchise Owner Training (Schedule, manual other guidelines) Preparation of Certificates and Posters and Marketing Material Prepare Visit inspection and Final inspection and approval Guidelines Prepare the Checklist of the whole process from start to end Prepare Data Base of all Franchise and applications in Excel and Progress -REPORTING Maintain File Record of each Franchisee.

5.            Prepare Warning system during WIP and Follow up Procedure Prepare Documentation for Day-to-Day Practice-Coordination with Legal and other departments Prepare Quality assurance Procedure / Checklist for a Franchise office for an initial testing Prepare checklist of Stationary, Printing plan or engagement of vendors Prepare RE/MAX Final Operation Approval License and Certificate Help to Prepare for office Grand Opening
